Z Flip Pocket Denim campaign offering “$1,499 Z Pocket JEANS and GALAXY Z FLIP3 included” is a time-limited marketing campaign between Dr Denim and Samsung, where the consumer receives a free pair of custom-made Dr Denim jeans, modified from its original to suit this campaign (Z Flip Pocket Denim), for the price of a new Galaxy Z Flip Phone bought through the Dr Denim website. The Phone is covered by Samsung’s Terms and Conditions and the jeans are covered by Dr Denim Australia’s T&C. This promotion is for Australia residents only and can only be shipped to an Australian address.
Dr Denim Australia reserves the right to not offer any returns or refunds of the Z Pocket Jeans purely because of change of mind. Should the consumer have any claims for minor fault with the Z Flip Pocket Denim product, subject to the claim being approved by Dr Denim, Dr Denim reserves the right to repair the fault or alternatively offer a replacement pair of the Z Flip Pocket Denim, depending on availability, or otherwise offer a replacement from the regular Dr Denim range of jeans (www.drdenim.com.au).
When purchasing a Samsung product from the Dr Denim Australia website you must agree to accept the Terms & Condition and Privacy Policy stipulated by Samsung.
Please note that the Order Confirmation is acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not mean your order has been accepted by us. All orders are subject to our acceptance of your offer to buy the Product(s) ordered. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Some Agency Pty Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Some Agency Pty Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Some Agency Pty Ltd shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of taxes and are shown in Australian dollars. The prices displayed on the Site may change at any time.
Orders
An order placed by you on the Site for an item is only an offer by you to purchase an item for the price as displayed on the Site. Some Agency Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason whatever. Your contract with Some Agency Pty Ltd will only come into existence when Some Agency Pty Ltd advises you by email that it has accepted your order and confirmed receipt of your payment.
If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and informed of the expected delivery date. If an item you have ordered is sold out or has been discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email and informed.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
Some Agency Pty Ltd does not guarantee that it will be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order after it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment by email. However if an order has not been processed for delivery, changes, additions or cancellations may still be possible. Some Agency Pty Ltd will confirm that a request for a change, addition or cancellation has been met by sending you an email.
Payment
The Site currently accepts payment by credit card, Zip Pay, Afterpay and Paypal. Payments will be processed through Shopify Payments, a secured payment gateway.
Delivery
Orders are only delivered to your nominated address between Monday to Friday during business hours. All orders will be sent to the mailing address you provide to Some Agency Pty Ltd when you place an order through the Site. All orders for are sent with Australia Post. Delivery within Australia generally takes 1-3 days after processing and delivery outside of Australia generally takes 4-10 days after processing.
Some Agency Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Some Agency Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered into the Site.
Acceptance of Goods
All items are quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods and notifying Some Agency Pty Ltd of any faults within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
Warranties
All warranties offered are those of the manufacturer and not Some Agency Pty Ltd.
Faulty Goods
Any product that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and has all original tags attached.
All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned in person to our office or one of our affiliated stores.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our offices.
We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced price.
Sale Offers & Promotions
Please be aware that some exclusions may apply to certain sales and promotions. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, already discounted items, gift cards, shipping fees and taxes. Sales and discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
