Lola Jagger began as an expressive outlet to document my travel adventures, personal style and daily musings. I recently relaunched my website and gave it a little makeover to give a better insight into my mind and not only be just a blog, but also a home for my creative work and what inspires me.
I love the creative process! From creating campaign concepts, writing down ideas and brainstorming, styling outfits, creating mood boards, casting talent or scouting locations - each of these elements play such a big part, which makes a project even more exciting when you see it all come together.
Patrick Tee in White.
When i'm at home I love fresh seasonal fruit - smoothies, fruit salads, juices and homemade ice blocks! Then when i'm out I love a cheeky Bloody Mary or Aperol Spritz on a balmy Sunday afternoon in summer. Porch and Parlour in Bondi do the best Bloody Mary by far.
Just like my style, my music is an eclectic mix that's forever evolving! Right now i'm really into Drama Duo, Stevie Nicks, Yoke Lore, ABRA, Majid Jordan, The Cure, Black Sabbath, Blood Orange, Twin Shadow & George Maple. I've started making Spotify playlists of music i'm currently listening to on my blog - you can listen to them here.
Definitely the Meadow in Light Retro Raw Hem! The high-waist, the vintage wash, the subtle flare- I love it all! It's also a nice crop length too which is something I look for in a pair of jeans. As i'm not the tallest person, these fit me perfectly. Literally my go-to denim piece all year round!
By far my favourite pair of jeans ever thanks to its flattering fit, subtle flare and high waist. I love keeping it classic in summer with a white tee and a pair of black boots or sling-back heels with a few of my favourite fold jewels and some vintage sunglasses. The Meadow looks epic with a top that's tucked in to accentuate the silhouette of the denim's fit.
I'm a firm believer in layering up my denim, the more the merrier! A denim jacket is a definite staple in my wardrobe as it's one of the best transeasonal pieces that'll go with everything- plus the raw hemline always adds a little edge to your outfit.
Anita Skirt in Light Retro
This is a keeper as it'll never go out of style - it's understated cool, at its finest, which makes getting dressed on a hot morning that much easier! It's a fit that looks great on all body shapes and can be both dressed up or dressed down. I like to continue the rock n' roll vibes by adding a leather jacket.
There's nothing better than a good pair of denim shorts, it is the ultimate summer uniform after all. I like to give it a luxe twist by adding a velvet tee for texture - this silver one is my favourite.
Lyli Top in Black.
This top is one that's on high rotation in my wardrobe, the chic neckline is perfect for when you need to go fro beach-to-bar. I like to tuck it into my meadows or a denim skirt with a belt, vintage gold earrings and a pair of sneakers.
