Orders
When will my order be sent?
Orders received before 11AM, Monday to Friday are typically sent out the same day. During high volume periods there may be a delay.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once an order is received, it moves into dispatch almost immediately. That means we’re unable to make any edits once it’s been placed. Even if your tracking hasn’t updated yet, packing starts very early in the day, and at that stage it becomes almost impossible to locate and pull out individual parcels.

How can I track my order
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking #. All orders are sent via Australia Post and can be tracked here
I haven't received my tracking or order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. Please check your junk & promotions folders in case our emails have landed in there. Otherwise, please contact us providing your first & last name so we can look into this. Sometimes its a typo in your email address!

SIZING
What do the sizes mean?
When shopping for jeans, the first number indicates waist measurement and the second number indicates leg length. i.e 28W/32L
