SHIPPING FAQ
Free standard domestic shipping for orders over $100*. All orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $8.50* for standard shipping. Estimated delivery 1-8 business days.
Express shipping is available for $12.50* to Metropolitan areas only, delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. Please contact us for an Express Post quote if you are located outside of these areas as defined by Australia Post.
Orders placed before 10 am AEST will be sent out the same business day.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and can be traced using the online tracking service at http://auspost.com.au/track/.
Please note, orders placed during a promotional period may experience delays due to the high volume.
*Free shipping on orders where the total order value exceeds $100 after any store credits or discount codes are applied.
*We reserve the right to cancel or amend shipping rates at any time in the event of any unforeseen freight fluctuations.
*We highly recommend selecting a daytime delivery address that is suitable for safe receipt of your order.

*AusPost endeavours to meet this timetable, however, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of restrictions and congestion in their delivery network at the relevant time.

*Once we hand your package over to Australia Post, our responsibility for delivery ends, and Australia Post assumes responsibility for ensuring successful delivery to your specified address, including providing confirmation of delivery. Please note that delivery drivers may decide whether it's safe to leave parcels unattended.
It's important to understand that if the item is lost/stolen post-delivery, the customer bears the risk. For any delivery-related inquiries or issues encountered during transit, we advise customers to contact Australia Post first. Should Australia Post require additional information from our end, customers are welcome to reach out to us thereafter.
Please note that customers are responsible for re-shipping charges on any orders that are returned to us due to being uncollected or undelivered.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100* within New Zealand. Express shipping is unavailable for international orders. All orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $9.50 for standard shipping.
For all other international destinations, a flat rate of $30 applies. Estimated delivery is 9-20 business days. Please note this is an approximate estimate only - shipping and delivery times will vary depending on local couriers and can be affected by environmental/economic impacts.
International shipping charges do not include import taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for payment of charges - these can not be calculated prior to shipping.
