We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind,
you can return items within 30 days of placing your order via our returns portal,
subject to the below conditions:
EASY RETURNS WITH CHECKOUT+
Checkout+ is available at cart for Australian orders for AUD $5.39, this provides you free return shipping + package protection
- Return or exchange your items for free + in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we've got you covered
- If you didn't add checkout+ you will need to purchase a label through our return portal- carrier rates vary
- NZ customers will need to submit their return via the portal but will need to arrange their own shipping. We highly recommend sending your parcel with tracking
REFUNDS
Eligibility:
- All orders that comply with our return policy, with the below exclusions:
Exclusions:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Purchases made during additional promotions or offers (e.g., stacked discounts) are considered final sale and cannot be returned, subject to your rights under ACL.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are processed after we receive your returned item in its original condition.
- Please note we are unable to reserve inventory. If the requested item is unavailable once your return is received we will issue a store credit or refund.
STORE CREDIT
- Store credits are now issued in the form of a gift card for future use on drdenim.com.au
- Store credits have a three year expiry from date of issue.
- Once a store credit has been issued it is final and cannot be changed to a refund.
We kindly ask customers to choose their preferred return option carefully at the time of submission.
FINAL SALE
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
- Sale purchases made during additional promotions or offers (e.g., stacked discounts) are considered final sale and cannot be returned, subject to your rights under ACL.
FAULTY ITEMS
- In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item - firstly, we're sorry!
- To ensure our team can assist you promptly, please lodge your return via our returns portal. You will be prompted to describe the fault and upload photos.
- Once we have assessed we will be in contact to provide either a replacement, repair or refund.
