If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, unless purchased with Afterpay or Zip. Please note we do not offer refund on shipping.

Exchanges for the same item, in a different size are available. Exchanges are dispatched once we receive the returned item that meets the return conditions. If you wish to exchange for a different style select store credit when completing the return request.

Store Credits are provided by Dr. Denim for returns in which the order contains/used Afterpay/Zip Pay, sale items and promotional events or by customer request. Store credits have no end date and are issued once the item is recieved back to us. They are issued in the format of a discount code to be used at checkout for your future order. Store credits are redeemable online at drdenim.com.au only. In all return cases, you must comply with the returns policy and conditions.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

There are no return shipping costs for items deemed faulty. Faulty items may be returned for refund/ store credit or swap for a replacement. Please email a photo of the fault for assessment to our online team at store@drdenim.com.au.

Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

Sale items or items purchased during a sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit upon return.

From time to time, we may run additional promotions or offers on top of a sale, these purchases are final sale. Please refer to our promotion T&Cs.

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome Offers) are only eligible for a store credit.

Our team will approve your return request - an email will be sent to you with returns address.

Send your return back to us. Our post satchels are compostable and can be reused for your return. Add Dr. Denim's returns address to the bag and reseal.
