RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind,
you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order via our returns portal, subject to the following conditions:
REFUNDS
Eligibility:
- Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Exclusions:
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events.
- Orders placed using Afterpay or Zip (eligible for store credit only).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Eligibility:
- Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange.
Size Exchanges:
- You can exchange your item for the same style in a different size.
- Exchanges are processed after we receive your returned item in its original condition.
- Different Styles: To exchange for a different style, please request store credit instead.
STORE CREDIT
Eligibility:
- Store credit is issued for:
- Orders placed using Afterpay or Zip.
- Sale items or items purchased during promotional events.
- When the same product exchange is unavailable.
Key Details:
Store credits have no expiry date and are issued as a discount code for future purchases on drdenim.com.au
FINAL SALE
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
- Sale or promotional items are eligible for store credit only.
- Purchases made during additional promotions or offers (e.g., stacked discounts) are considered final sale and cannot be returned, subject to your rights under ACL.
FAULTY ITEMS
- In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item - firstly, we're sorry!
- To ensure our team can assist you promptly, please lodge your return via our returns portal. You will be prompted to describe the fault and upload photos.
- Once we have assessed we will be in contact to provide either a replacement, repair or refund.

- Once your return is approved:
- Select a return method (rate varies)
- Attach your returns label to a satchel (our postage satchels are reusable) & send your item back to us!
- We endeavour to process your return within 2-3 business days of receiving back into our warehouse *please be advised during high volume periods we may need a few extra days*
