• In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item - firstly, we're sorry!
• To ensure our team can assist you promptly, please lodge your return via our returns portal. You will be prompted to describe the fault and upload photos.
• Once we have assessed we will be in contact to provide either a replacement, repair or refund.
