Checkout+ is available at cart for Australian orders for AUD $4.39, this provides you free return shipping + package protection:

• Return your items for free + in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we've got you covered. Please note all returns are still subject to our Returns Policy.
  
• If you didn't add checkout+ you will need to purchase a label through our return portal - carrier rates vary
  
• NZ customers will need to submit their return via the portal but will need to arrange their own shipping. We highly recommend sending your parcel with tracking
  

Returns Policy:

• Purchases made during our Mid Year sale are returnable for store credit only
• All items reduced from their original RRP from the 11th June 2026 are considered part of this sale
  
• No exchange or refunds on items purchased during this promotion will be issued, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
  
• Return period is 30 days from placing your order

• Items marked as Final Sale.
• Purchases made during a sale, where the applicable sale terms specify store credit only.
• Purchases made under a promotional offer where the applicable promotion terms specify that refunds are not available.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are processed after we receive your returned item in its original condition.
• Please note we are unable to reserve inventory. If the requested item is unavailable once your return is received we will issue a store credit or refund.
  

Exclusions:

• Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

• Store credits are now issued in the form of a gift card for future use on drdenim.com.au
• Store credits have a three year expiry from date of issue.
• Once a store credit has been issued it is final and cannot be changed to a refund.

• Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• To ensure our team can assist you promptly, please lodge your return via our returns portal. You will be prompted to describe the fault and upload photos.
• Once we have assessed we will be in contact to provide either a replacement, repair or refund.
• Note our size charts are intended as a guide. Slight differences within allowable tolerance are normal. Any variance will be assessed by our team.
