COVID-19 UPDATE

We are shipping orders as usual, with our warehouse team working Monday - Friday while adhering to social distancing regulations. 

Australia Post have informed us that they are experiencing ongoing delays with both domestic and international shipping as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Shipping Within Australia

All orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. Delivery may take 1-7 business days.

We also offer an Express Shipping service for a fee of $15 per order. 

All orders placed before 9am will be sent out the same business day. Any orders placed after 9am will be sent out the following business day.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 to New Zealand. For all other international destinations, a flat rate of $30 applies. 

Delivery may take 9-25 business days.

Our shipping charges do not include any import taxes and duties that may arise when entering your country. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and these can't be calculated prior to shipping.
