1. Promoter
This promotion is run by LUFEMA Fashion Management Pty Ltd (ABN 96600715679), distributor of Dr Denim in Australia & New Zealand.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Saturday 28 June 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 29 June 2025.

3. Eligibility
Open to residents of Australia & New Zealand aged 18 years and over.

4. How to Enter
Place an order at https://drdenim.com.au during the promotion period.

Each eligible order constitutes one entry.

No minimum spend is required.

5. Prize Details
One (1) main winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their order, capped at $500 AUD.

Five (5) runners-up will receive store credit equal to the value of their order, capped at $500 AUD.

Store credit will be issued via digital gift card to the email used at checkout.

Total prize pool: Up to $3,000 AUD.

No action is required from winners to claim their prize. Prizes will be automatically issued.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be drawn on Monday 30 June 2025 using a random number generator.

Winners will be notified via the email address linked to their order.

Winners names may be published on our website and/or social media channels.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Our standard return policy applies.

If a winning item is returned, the prize is not reissued.

For refunds: no further refunds will be granted.

For store credit: the issued credit may be forfeited or revoked.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

8. Fair Play & Entry Validation
Winning orders will be verified.

Any attempt to manipulate the promotion (e.g. suspicious multiple orders, returns, or account abuse) may result in disqualification.

Cancelled or returned orders are not eligible.

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or redraw winners at its discretion.
