RETURNS POLICY
  • Items purchased on sale between Friday November 4th and Monday 14th November 2022 AEST cannot be returned for refund. 
  • All FRENZY 2022 orders that are discounted with the FREZY30 discount will only be eligible for a store credit upon return. 
  • Store credits will be valued at the amount you paid for the item - no exchanges or direct swaps on sale returns. 
  • Any items marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • If an item is faulty and you wish to return it, it must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date.
  • All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are: - unwashed - unworn; and - the original tags still attached.
  • If you believe your item is acceptable for return, you will need to fill out a Returns Form here and then a team member will contact you with instructions within 2 business days of receiving your request.
  • There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items will not be granted by Dr Denim AU unless faulty.
  • Dr Denim will only provide a full refund if the product you purchased from us online: - is deemed faulty, or unsafe; or - does not match descriptions made on the site, or given to you by any Dr Denim AU representative.
