Returns and exchanges will be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and has all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition.

All returns must be processed within 21 days of receiving your order.

Returns and exchanges, that are not due to a fault or incorrect item being received, may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned in person to our office. We do not refund the shipping cost for refunds and exchanges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is found to be faulty.

Faulty Items

Any product purchased from that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no return shipping cost for items deemed faulty.

For exchanges, choose return for store credit and state what you would like to exchange for.

Please include your original invoice inside the parcel, or note your order number (#DD123445) on the package.

After the items have been quality checked and found to be in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund by original payment method or provide a store credit. Refunds will usually appear on your statement after 3-4 days.
